Which codes and standards do you work under?+
NBCS 2026 (Part F) as the national reference framework, applied together with applicable State/UT regulations, NBC 2016 Part 4 where relevant during the state transition, PESO regulations for applicable occupancies, TNCDBR 2019 in Tamil Nadu, local Fire Authority requirements, and applicable Indian Standards. NFPA-based design and review is available where contractually specified or required by project criteria.

Yes — it's been the core of our work for over two decades. We undertake full EPC contracts for fire & life safety systems: sprinkler systems, fire pump systems, hydrant & hose reel networks, detection & alarm installation, and complete fire protection system execution, across industrial, warehousing, commercial, and institutional projects.
If you execute the system, can you also conduct our statutory Fire & Life Safety Audit (FLSA) on the same project?+
On projects where we're appointed as the statutory Approved Agency, we maintain clear separation between that verification role and any execution work, in line with regulatory expectation. Execution and statutory audit are not combined on the same project.
Can you assist with fire license approvals?+
Yes. As a Government-approved Agency for Fire & Life Safety Audit (FLSA), Puducherry, we assist with documentation, compliance verification, authority coordination, and submission.
